Chef José Ruiz, owner of Abadía Bassó restaurant, will teach
you how to cook a delicious Mexican dinner. Learn how to make
tasty dishes from Puebla, Oaxaca and Jalisco States including:
Chile Relleno
Chilaquiles
Refried beans
Red Snapper Veracruz style
Black bean soup
Mole from Oaxaca
Soups, nachos and more.
Classes
last one day or one week, three hours per day. You will dine
with Chef José at the end of each course. Chef José will also
teach you how to organize this four-course dinner:
1. Spinach and red cabbage salad with dill vinaigrette.
2. Magret of duck with marinated vegetables. 3. Veal in mango
sauce with polenta carrot cakes.
4. Marquis of chocolate in orange sauce.
